Lamination protects and enhances the visual appearance of your cover. The look and feel will vary depending on the chosen film: Gloss, Matt, Soft Touch, Matt anti-scratch, Satin, Silver or Gold.
Also called blind debossing, this technique presses recessed patterns into paper or board.
It creates a striking look and feel, giving depth to the elements you want to bring out.
Unlike debossing, this technique raises the pattern above the surface of the paper or board, in positive relief.
It is a highly decorative finish, and a very tactile one.
Note that with embossing the imprint of the design is visible on the reverse side.
Using heat and pressure, this technique applies a coloured foil to the material, creating striking visual effects and contrasts.

GLOSS OR MATT
This finish consists in applying a gloss or matt varnish, 2D or 3D, to specific areas of the cover. It highlights key elements and creates attractive visuals, reflections and textures.
This technique creates a recessed area (a “well”) in which a pre-printed vignette is then glued.
The vignette is thus strongly emphasised and visually framed.
This finish consists in adding metal corners to your book, to emphasise its elegant, premium or precious character.
It can be used on casebound and Integra-style bindings.
